Surface pre-treatment is the first step of the process in a complete coating cycle. For good adhesion and coat resistance, the metal substrate must be properly prepared.
The powder coat is applied manually or automatically by means of electrostatic guns. The application takes place in booths equipped with filtration and suction systems.
To solidify and adhere to surfaces, the coat must be polymerized in the oven at stable temperature, for an appropriate period of time. For optimal results, the temperature inside the oven must be uniform and air circulation constant.
